With over 30 years of leadership experience in operations, sales, and community development, Chris started PTM with a clear mission: to bring transparency, responsiveness, and care back into property management. Frustrated by the lack of communication and long-term vision in the industry, Chris built PTM to serve communities with integrity and heart—because people truly matter.
Paul Hymel,
Managing Broker
With a diverse background in real estate, commercial construction, and hospitality, Paul brings a lifetime of experience in service-driven industries. Currently working as both a broker and a real estate agent, Paul helps clients navigate complex transactions with integrity and insight. His earlier career was rooted in hospitality, where he led large teams and honed my skills in leadership and customer service. Above all, He is a proud father of two wonderful children and remains committed to making a positive impact in both his professional and personal life.
